Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients’ post-treatment to ensure they feel supported and informed.
  • Address patient concerns, providing guidance and liaising with clinical staff when necessary.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate ongoing care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow GDPR compliance.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks related to aftercare.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Customer Care Experience
  • A caring and empathetic approach to patient interactions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
