About the Role
  • £30,000 basic salary + 3% Bonus + Benefits
  • Based at our EnviroHub in Exeter
  • Offered on a 13 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time
  • 42.5 hours per week.
What will I be doing?
  • Liaising with customers to ensure high service levels are maintained for our customers.
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for clients in your region, dealing with requests, queries and tasks large and small.
  • Ensuring all admin is dealt with quickly and efficiently, in line with our procedures.
  • This includes arranging services, confirming service delivery, and verifying billing details and invoices for payment, via phone and email.
What are the requirements?
  • You need to be good with people, approachable, helpful, and able to resolve queries and problems effectively.
  • Professional and efficient, ready to handle tasks swiftly and accurately.
  • Previous admin experience is preferred but not essential; building strong customer relationships is more important.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus but not mandatory.
