Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch break)

Join Our Outbound Customer Engagement Team

Are you a confident communicator who thrives on speaking to people? Do you enjoy delivering excellent service and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for an Outbound Call Advisor to join our ClearConnect team for a temporary call campaign focused on engaging with members about their membership upgrade options. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a friendly, professional environment and make a real impact by helping members get the most out of their service.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent telephone manners, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make outbound calls to members using a predefined script

Hit a target of 28–30 calls per hour

Capture Key Outcomes Such As Whether Members

Have received an upgrade email/letter

Are interested in upgrading their membership

Record and update call outcomes in a central spreadsheet

Update member contact information including new phone numbers, addresses, or email details

Leave voicemail messages when members are unavailable

Schedule call-backs for members who request a later conversation

Escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager as needed

Deliver first-class customer service and maintain a professional and helpful tone at all times

What We’re Looking For

Clear, confident communication skills and a friendly phone manner

Comfortable working in a high call volume environment

Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills

Able to stay organised and manage a high-paced workload

Experience in a customer service or outbound call role is desirable

A positive, proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer

Able to work collaboratively and take direction from team leads
