Job description

We are supporting a growing organisation in recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator. This role is initially for 12 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Support Administrator:
  • Supporting customers, predominantly via email, with the removal process from their portfolio
  • Administration for the contract paperwork
  • Supporting the sales team and attending customer meetings
  • Removing data from customer accounts
  • Managing a designated mailbox
Key Skills for the Customer Support Administrator:
  • Previous experience using MS Office packages, especially Excel, with the ability to identify duplicate values
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
