Customer Service Expert - Starting salary between 25,400 - 29,028 (depending on hours, location, skills, and experience)


Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part-time working). We also offer an enhanced 40-hour contract for those who want to increase their hours.

Allocated shift pattern between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday.

About the role:

Deliver high-quality service aligned with Aviva's core values: Care, Commitment, Community, and Confidence. Focus on personalized service, supported by comprehensive training and coaching to handle customer and financial adviser needs.

You will be part of our Wealth Organisation, providing telephony support in areas such as:

  • Investment Bonds
  • Pension Savings
  • Platform Investments

While product knowledge is important, we prioritize the care and support you provide to our customers.

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner
  • Strong fact-finding abilities to understand customer needs
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and delivering excellent service
  • Ability to adapt to digital tools to simplify customer interactions
  • Positive attitude, capable of handling difficult conversations and objections

Note: This role is not sponsorable under the Home Office points-based system.
