Job summary

PZ Cussons UK is seeking a Customer Supply Coordinator in Manchester to ensure products reach customers on time and in full. You will turn supply chain data into action, building trusted partnerships across planning, logistics and finance teams.

You’ll collaborate with multiple functions to improve service levels, forecast accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction while maintaining high data integrity and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/supply role within FMCG or fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration across planning, logistics, commercial and finance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact with customers.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end and resolve issues before they impact service.
• Monitor service performance and identify risks, driving improvements in OTIF and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across supply chain, logistics, commercial and finance teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Share customer insights to aid forecasts and align supply with demand.
