Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking a Customer Supply Coordinator in Manchester to join our Demand & Customer Supply team. You’ll help ensure products reach customers on time and in full, turning supply chain insight into action and building trusted partnerships.

You’ll work with planning, logistics, commercial and customer teams to deliver exceptional service while continuously looking for improvements in how we work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or supply chain role within FMCG/fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Confidence working with data and reporting service performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver consistently high service.
• Manage orders end-to-end and resolve issues before impacting service.
• Monitor service performance and drive OTIF improvements.
• Collaborate across supply chain, logistics, commercial and finance.

As a Customer Supply Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of how we serve our customers across some of our most loved brands. You’ll help ensure products reach customers on time and in full, turning supply chain insight into action and building trusted partnerships along the way. Working as part of our Demand & Customer Supply team, you’ll connect people, processes and data to solve challenges, improve service and support business growth. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and the availability of our brands on shelf.

This is a role with real influence. You’ll work closely with colleagues across planning, logistics, commercial and customer teams to deliver exceptional service while continuously looking for ways to improve how we work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Build strong customer relationships by becoming a trusted point of contact and delivering a consistently high level of service.
• Help keep our products available by managing customer orders from end to end and resolving issues before they impact service.
• Turn data into action by monitoring service performance, identifying risks and helping drive improvements in OTIF and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across supply chain, logistics, commercial and finance teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.
• Support better planning by sharing customer insights, contributing to forecasts and helping align supply with demand.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost to serve and strengthen the way we work with customers and supply chain partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience in a customer service, customer supply or supply chain role within FMCG, consumer goods or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with data, reporting service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP would be an advantage.
