Job description

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity within a tech business near Chipping Norton for a Client Success Support role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model (2/3 days in the office), offering a salary between 36-45k depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing and resolving incoming queries from clients with confidence and clarity.
  2. Serving as the expert on the platform to provide accurate support and guidance for clients.
  3. Setting up new client dashboards and checking assessment participation surveys.
  4. Completing AI reports, maintaining flawless CRM records, reviewing employee data, identifying trends and risks, and contributing to client FAQs.
  5. Submitting timely payments by resolving invoices and billing queries.
Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous high-level customer service or administrative experience, preferably managing data in a corporate setting, with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
