My client is a leading hardware manufacturer in the cyber security sector, developing hi-tech security products and services. Due to the increasing threat of cyber-attacks, they are seeking experienced customer success specialists.

The Customer Success Specialist role is a strategic advisory and technical position that engages with customers to accelerate their adoption of the company's products and solutions, transforming their business and driving outcomes.

Customer Success Specialist Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored accelerators to diverse customers, producing measurable business outcomes within scope and on schedule.
  • Use domain expertise to identify and proactively manage risks and customer expectations affecting successful delivery.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and offerings throughout their lifecycle.
  • Encourage customers to make tactical and strategic deployment decisions and monitor long-term business results.
  • Collaborate with account teams to address product concerns and foster growth.
  • Promote adoption and expansion of products by highlighting features, use cases, and strategies.
  • Willingness to travel.

Must Have

  • Experience in technical consulting or direct customer engagement roles, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Deep understanding of technical fundamentals in relevant technology areas, including features and use cases, and ability to articulate how technology solves business challenges.
  • Qualifications in industry-specific technologies, including CISCO.
  • CISM / CISSP or equivalent preferred.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science; Master's preferred.
