Our client is the UK’s leading provider of healthcare simulation equipment, helping universities, NHS trusts, and training centres deliver life-saving education. They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure an outstanding customer experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves more than customer service. You will be a trusted partner to clients — resolving queries, managing orders, and helping customers maximize their product value.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Responding to emails, live chat, and inquiries
  • Solving problems and providing expert product advice
  • Managing orders and stock flow accurately
  • Collaborating across teams to enhance the customer journey
  • Educating clients on product utilization
  • Keeping detailed records and reporting trends
  • Occasionally supporting warehouse and website tasks

About You:

You bring over 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or education, with a passion for problem-solving, professionalism, and empathy.

You are:

  • A confident communicator and active listener
  • Familiar with ERP/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Results-driven and service-focused
  • Eager to learn, resilient, and motivated
