Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Transition Specialist to own the onboarding journey for IT Managed Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop onboarding plans, and lead transitions from incumbent providers to Focus Group, including initial 90-day post-go-live support.

This role combines project management, technical onboarding, and customer relationship skills. Hybrid working is preferred from Shoreham-by-Sea, with options to work from

Qualifications

Proven IT project management experience.
Technical delivery and/or customer success background.
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding from signed contract to integrated service users.
Lead end-to-end transitions and onboarding plans.
Conduct onsite visits when needed and coordinate across departments.
