Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Program Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about customers, has a successful track record in driving results, partnering cross-functionally, and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will identify and address customer pain points by working with a cross-functional team (both internal and external) to create, execute, and optimize SOPs, as well as support new product and solution launches. You will build accurate forecasting, metrics, tools, and reports to ensure results.
