Customer Success Manager, Global Seller Supply Chain

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 20 overseas marketplaces, supporting local sellers’ success and growth. Our vision is to be the first choice for all Chinese businesses to go global.

Amazon Global Selling is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Program Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about customer needs, has a proven track record of driving results, collaborates cross-functionally, and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will identify and address customer pain points by working with internal and external teams to create, execute, and optimize SOPs, supporting new product and solution launches. You will develop accurate forecasting, metrics, tools, and reports to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned Seller journey domain.
  • Deeply understand the Seller Experience and industry insights within the owned domain.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and educational initiatives for Account Managers and Sellers within the domain.
  • Own operational planning within the domain.
  • Collaborate with product managers to drive product features and contribute to PR FAQs, ensuring high-quality Voice of Seller (VoS).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, Finance, or Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in report creation, process optimization, alignment, and delivering business results.
  • Advanced Excel skills and moderate SQL experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in business intelligence.
  • Supply chain or logistics background.
  • Previous experience in program or product management.
