Job summary

Breathe is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Horsham to own the retention, expansion and overall health of a high-volume SMB portfolio. You’ll use customer health data, product usage and commercial information to prioritise opportunities and risks, delivering targeted engagement strategies that drive value for customers and the business.
