Customer Success Manager – AI Start-up - £120K

We're working with a fast-growing AI start-up whose AI Agents automate AML and compliance reviews for financial institutions – Saving time and cutting costs dramatically!

In London, they're hiring their first Customer Success Manager.

You'll own every client relationship once the deal is signed, and your feedback will shape the product.

The role:

• Own clients from onboarding to renewal and expansion
• Build senior relationships with compliance and operations teams at financial institutions
• Spot risks early and drive adoption of the platform
• Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap

You'll come from either:

• A top-tier consultancy (strategy, financial services or risk)
• Customer Success or Account Management at a B2B SaaS start-up, ideally in FinTech or RegTech

You'll need strong senior stakeholder skills, commercial sense, ownership, and a real interest in financial crime and AI. You don't need to know AML yet.

What's on offer:

• Up to £120,000 base, plus equity
• Salary review twice a year and a yearly equity refresh
• London based, work from anywhere 4 weeks a year
