Job summary

Nextech Group Limited in London is seeking a Customer Success Associate for a fast-growth AI start-up. You’ll work closely with customers from day one, helping them successfully use the platform and derive real value.

The role is Central London with 4 days on-site; graduates through to around 2–3 years’ experience are welcome. You should be ambitious, a confident communicator and excited by AI and start‑up environments.

You’ll work closely with customers from day one, helping them successfully use the platform and get real value from the technology.
