What You Can Expect

The Senior Customer Success Manager (UK) will be responsible for driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across Zoom’s UK enterprise customer base, primarily in the financial services sector. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, leading conversations with senior stakeholders, translating complex product capabilities into business value, and proactively guiding customers toward their desired outcomes.

About The Team

Customer Services play a crucial role in improving the customer experience within Zoom. We build relationships, encourage product usage, and act as dedicated post-sales contacts for customers. We provide resources to enable success, manage internal procedures, and collaborate across departments. Our success is achieved through strategic implementation and a commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts in regulated industries such as financial services.
  • Commercial mindset with experience influencing renewals, upsells, and expansion.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with customer success platforms like Gainsight or Salesforce.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with a growth mindset and bias for action.
  • Based in the UK; London-based candidates will have proximity to the local sales team, though remote work is supported.
