OrgHealth invites a highly organised Business Manager to join our operational engine behind approximately three Principal Consultants, supporting around 30 client relationships at any one time and ensuring every engagement runs seamlessly from initial enquiry through to delivery, follow‑up and repeat business.

You’ll coordinate client meetings, prepare proposals and engagement plans, and manage travel, logistics and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting client relationships from initial enquiry through to ongoing engagement.

  • Coordinating client workshops, offsites and leadership events.
  • Managing travel, accommodation and logistics.
  • Ensuring consultants are fully prepared for every engagement.
  • Producing engagement playbooks and coordinating materials.
  • Tracking actions, deadlines and follow‑up activities.
  • Managing client communications and ongoing relationship administration.
  • Supporting renewals and repeat business opportunities.
  • Working closely with consultants to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Identifying smarter ways of working and helping improve operational processes across the business.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Business Manager to become a trusted operational partner to our Principal Consultants and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

The opportunity

You’ll become the operational engine behind approximately three Principal Consultants, supporting around 30 client relationships at any one time and ensuring every engagement runs seamlessly from initial enquiry through to delivery, follow‑up and repeat business. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinate complex client programmes and become the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Most importantly, you’ll help us continually improve how we work, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce administration and make greater use of technology, automation and AI so that our team can spend more time with clients and less time on manual tasks.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants who advise senior leadership teams, giving you exposure to executive‑level environments and genuine responsibility from day one. What we’re looking for

We’re open to a wide range of backgrounds. You could currently be working in: Customer Success Client Services Account Management Client Operations Professional Services Service Delivery Project or Programme Coordination Consultancy Support Hospitality or other high‑service environments. More important than your background is how you work.
