Job description

Location : London

As a Customer Success Managerat FREENOW for Business, you are the primary point of contact for our business customers. You are responsible for their success and our growth. Together with the team, you develop strategies and initiatives to enhance our product for our customers and help them use it as efficiently and successfully as possible. You shape the entire customer journey—from activation to ongoing account management—while being supported by an international team that brings engagement, passion, and ideas to the table.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • You manage and advise Mid Market customers in the UK, building strong and long-term relationships.
  • You continuously provide valuable insights and performance data to support your customers.
  • Your analytical mindset helps you derive actionable insights from data.
  • You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and take full responsibility for the UK market.

Our Tech Tools/Core Competences: Tableau | Metabase | Excel | Jira

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Sales understanding and customer orientation
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
