GiftTrees is seeking a commercially minded Customer Success Manager on a 6-month fixed-term basis in the Manchester area. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and growth, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial performance across restaurant accounts.
You will onboard new restaurant groups, coordinate EPOS integration and data flow, and support venues to launch and grow with GiftTrees.
Location: Manchester Area (Hybrid - 2 days a week in city centre office)
Type: 6-month fixed-term basis
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum, pro rata (dependent on experience)
