The Opportunity:

This market-leading and well-established health-tech business is looking to grow their Customer Success team with another, commercially skilled Customer Success Manager.

Not only is the UK team growing (it could be you!), but they are expanding teams in other global markets, and you could contribute to that success as well.

Managing your book of clients, you will be the voice of your customers, ensuring they see value from the platform. Utilize both high and low-touch strategies, identify risks, maximize retention, and drive adoption and successful client outcomes!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A commercially adept client manager who is not afraid to drive client-centric account growth.
  • A goal-focused professional who is target-driven and comfortable carrying a revenue quota.
  • Experience within a SaaS business, managing a book of approximately 100 accounts.
  • Driven both professionally and personally! Someone keen to make a statement.
  • Extroverted and collaborative. You will have a great team to work with!
  • Experience working with CRM platforms or within the Health-tech space.
  • Previous experience in an account management or sales role.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £50k with a £60k OTE.
  • Totally flexible working arrangements. Prefer remote? Sure! Want some office time? No problem!
