Customer Success Manager
Hybrid role with regular visits to customer sites.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager for a growing FMCG Field Marketing company.
Based remotely, you will manage and support new and existing clients, enhancing their ROI on field marketing campaigns.
You will:
You should be a CSM or Account Manager with experience in field marketing, FMCG, or in-store marketing/advertising.
Excellent client management skills and the ability to identify new opportunities are essential.
Experience working with well-known retail brands is preferred.
You can be based anywhere in the UK but must be willing to travel regularly to see clients and attend meetings in Nottinghamshire. A full UK driving license is required, with most clients located along the M4/M40 corridor.
