Annapurna are working in partnership with a London-based startup whose solution enables companies of all sizes to improve the wellbeing of their employees.

As the business has established successful partnerships with industry leaders spanning Financial Technology, Transportation, and Retail, they're now searching for a Customer Success Lead who will play a critical role in ensuring the adoption of their platform across their customer base.

Working closely with the founding team, key requirements for this role include:

  • a track record of success in a Customer Success and/or Implementation role within a B2B SaaS organisation
  • a clear focus on improving onboarding and adoption processes, with a true commercial mindset
  • experience working with stakeholders in the HR function (HR Director, VP People, CHRO...) would be a bonus, but not essential
  • comfortable operating in an early-stage, startup environment and helping to establish processes and systems on the fly
  • able to work primarily 'in-office' in a Central London HQ
