Job summary

Criteo is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support our UK partner management across retail eCommerce. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and collaborate with Analytics, Demand, Product, and Technical teams to drive growth and strengthen partnerships.

The role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, and market research within a leading AdTech business. A hybrid London-based internship provides exposure to international teams and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or ongoing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in Customer Success, Account Management, Retail Media, eCommerce, or AdTech.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Success team in managing UK retail eCommerce partners.
• Monitor retailer performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and customer presentations.
