Job summary

Interu is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our hybrid team and support users of our Interu platform. You will be the first point of contact for queries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will also develop Help Centre content, onboarding campaigns and training sessions to ensure customers get the most from our platform. We value empathy, curiosity and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS customer or technical support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with Intercom or similar support tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customer queries and issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate responses with Engineering and Product teams.
• Create and maintain Help Centre resources and onboarding materials.
• Deliver training sessions to customers and suppliers.
