About the role

Working for the UK Sales and Service Channel, this role sits within the Customer Operations Team and supports Area Account Managers in the customer life cycle. The role offers the opportunity to proactively help customers from enquiry to post installation to ensure successful delivery and use of our products and services to deliver desired customer satisfaction. The role requires expertise and the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally. It requires ambition, adaptability, ownership, a growth mindset and drive to contribute to a customer success focussed culture. The role supports the growth of customer success and lifetime profitability.
