You will partner with customer leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive outcomes across the customer journey. You will educate customers on capabilities, lead best-practice ideas, and work with internal teams to ensure maximum value from the Bloomreach platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer success or consulting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through digital experience transformations with Bloomreach.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Technical Services teams.
• educate customers on Bloomreach potential and new platform features.
• Drive customer value by delivering strategic roadmap and outcomes.
