Job summary

The Coal Authority is seeking a Customer Strategy and Support Project Lead on a temporary contract to December 2027. You will coordinate customer projects, support the Customer Delivery Group, analyse feedback, and turn insights into practical actions that improve services.

Based in Mansfield with hybrid working (average 2 days on site), the role offers a varied, hands-on opportunity to build project, stakeholder and customer insight experience while delivering better outcomes for customers.
