What you will do

Customer Solutions Technicians are field-based and are required to carry out routine inspections and breakdown repairs to CCTV, video doorbell, and intruder alarm systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a great opportunity for those starting a career in the security industry, with full paid training, a company van, uniform, tools, a basic salary, and a competitive incentive scheme.

How you will do it

• Check the correct functionality of systems, including replacing detector batteries, testing panels and backup batteries, and ensuring proper operation of detection devices and signaling equipment.
• Inspect and clean CCTV and Wi-Fi cameras.
• Liaise with the service bureau following company procedures.
• Accurately document all work performed using the Mobile Data Device, following work instructions and codes of practice.
