Job summary

Busch Group in the UK is seeking a technically competent team member to identify solutions and prepare comprehensive proposals to reflect those solutions. You will work with marketing and external sales to qualify, explore and direct leads to maximize sales coverage.

Qualifications

• Engineering or business degree, or demonstrable relevant industry experience.
• Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge paired with commercial acumen.
• Solutions mindset and ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent administration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions and generate comprehensive proposals promptly.
• Explore and manage/direct sales leads qualified by Marketing.
• Create, update and close opportunities in CRM.
• Follow up on solution proposals daily.
• Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
• Handle inbound calls for Customer Solutions Team with technical and commercial support.
• Ensure on-time delivery targets for products.
• Follow predefined processes while seeking efficiency improvements.
• Participate in personal development through regular training.
• Build strong working relationships within the Busch Group.
• Maintain visibility of open quotes and orders.
