Job summary

DPD Group is seeking a Customer Services Trainer and Coach to deliver skills-based training across multiple sites, including outsource partners. The role focuses on developing targeted sessions and coaching programs to improve customer service performance.

You will work with Team Managers to identify development needs, run 1-2-1 surgeries and group workshops, and promote best practices across CCS locations. A strong background in classroom and virtual delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Evidence of training experience and ability to present using Keynote/Slides.
• Ability to speak publicly and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering training in classroom and virtual environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skills-based training to new inductees and existing staff across sites.
• Identify development needs and arrange targeted 1-2-1 coaching and group workshops.
• Develop and improve training courses to boost process compliance and productivity.
• Coordinate training invites, system access, and administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs across CCS.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and capture areas for improvement.
