Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a training specialist to deliver skills-based training to new inductees and existing staff across multiple sites, including outsource partners. You will identify development needs and work with managers to run targeted 1-2-1 surgeries and group workshops.

The role requires delivering courses, coordinating coaching programmes, and ensuring training is well-administered and impactful across CCS locations. Strong presentation skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Evidence of training experience and ability to deliver presentations (Keynote/Google Slides).
Ability to undertake public speaking with confidence.
Strong relationships with people at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

Deliver skills-based training to new inductees and existing staff across multiple sites.
Develop training courses and workshops to improve process compliance and productivity.
Coordinate coaching programmes and allocate time across CCS locations.
Administer training sessions (invites, systems access, etc).
Identify training needs with stakeholders and evaluate course effectiveness.
