Purpose of Role

Customer Service Representative to join a busy helpdesk environment on a FM contract team in Denton. This is on a 4 on 4 off basis, 12 hour shifts

Job Description

The customer service representative will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client. Their primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as Reporting, Filing/Documenting, Logging, and taking calls.

Responsibilities

•Issuing jobs to engineers
• Updating CAFM system with progress on jobs
• Providing support to the team and client
• Logging calls and tracking updates on reactive works on site
• Ensuring full detail is provided.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in similar administrative role
• A positive attitude to work
• Good communication skills
• Resilience and good organisational skills
• Great IT Skills (eg) MS Office, Outlook + ability to pick up new systems.
• Ability to work within a team
