Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, can lead to success in this role. Previous experience in fitting car parts or cycle repair, even as a hobby, is preferred. We provide training to help you develop the necessary skills to deliver outstanding service.
In this role, you'll work on customers' vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, providing services such as car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. We aim to develop your practical problem-solving skills and your ability to work efficiently. While retail experience is beneficial, we value your ability to tailor your approach in a customer-focused sales environment.
