Customer Services Advisor Role
We are recruiting a customer services advisor for a successful company based in Kingswinford.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all orders received are entered into the CRM and confirmations are sent to clients within 3 working days.
- Answer customer calls within the defined time scale, ensuring effective call handling to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer needs, taking ownership of all issues until resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain good customer relations by providing a professional, efficient, and helpful service.
- Manage customer communication regarding order receipt, machine availability, delivery lead times, and dispatch confirmations.
- Liaise with other departments in the forecasting process to identify potential shortages and coordinate stock allocation.
- Build relationships with key customers and understand external relationships to advise on pricing and contract structures, ensuring departmental and company satisfaction.
- Assist customers with invoice queries and warranty return processes, including documenting and requesting credits where relevant.
