Customer Services Advisor Role

We are recruiting a customer services advisor for a successful company based in Kingswinford.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensure all orders received are entered into the CRM and confirmations are sent to clients within 3 working days.
  2. Answer customer calls within the defined time scale, ensuring effective call handling to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
  3. Respond quickly and professionally to customer needs, taking ownership of all issues until resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  4. Maintain good customer relations by providing a professional, efficient, and helpful service.
  5. Manage customer communication regarding order receipt, machine availability, delivery lead times, and dispatch confirmations.
  6. Liaise with other departments in the forecasting process to identify potential shortages and coordinate stock allocation.
  7. Build relationships with key customers and understand external relationships to advise on pricing and contract structures, ensuring departmental and company satisfaction.
  8. Assist customers with invoice queries and warranty return processes, including documenting and requesting credits where relevant.
