Job Description

• Age 21+ £12.84 per hour
• Under 21 £10.63 per hour

Are you passionate about motoring and cycling? Do you enjoy working with customers?

Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, along with your customer service skills, will set you up for success. Prior experience in fitting car parts or cycle repair is beneficial but not essential, as we provide training to develop your skills.

In this role, you'll work on customers’ vehicles and bikes, providing fitting services such as car parts installation, technology fitting, cycle building, and servicing. We aim to enhance your practical problem-solving and efficiency skills. Retail experience is preferred, especially in a customer-focused sales environment, but we are open to candidates demonstrating relevant experience and enthusiasm.

We invest heavily in training and career development, supporting your growth within Retail or other areas of our Group.

Key Requirements

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably in retail
• Proactive approach to customer needs
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair
• Experience in achieving sales targets
