Livin Housing is expanding its Customer Services team to deliver a brilliant customer experience for people who live in sustainable homes and places. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels—phone, LiveChat, email and social media—and help customers with timely, accurate information.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, aiming for first contact resolution and contributing to live changes that improve our services and customer journeys.

We are looking for a flexible, resilient, and experienced team player who offers a great customer-focused experience in a fast-paced environment through multi-channels; from call handling through to LiveChat, email and social media.
As a confident and enthusiastic communicator, you will be experienced in achieving first contact resolution using your organisational knowledge to resolve a variety of queries. You will be a passionate and vocal advocate for delivery of a brilliant customer experience and have the confidence and drive to work collaboratively with others across Livin to identify the best course of action to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver our Plan A.
Ideally you will hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and be able to demonstrate your commitment to professional development and learning.
