Welcome Break in Warwick is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to greet customers, assist with their needs, and keep areas clean and welcoming on a busy site. The role offers flexible hours, immediate start and a chance to learn while you earn, with meals on shift.

You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team, delivering great service on every shift and enjoying staff discounts and progression opportunities as you grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently.
• Keep seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including toilets, tables, counters and floors).
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks, escalating issues when needed.
