Job summary

Welcome Break is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to greet guests, assist with queries, and help keep the site clean and welcoming for customers on the move.

You will follow food safety and health & safety standards, maintain tidy seating and back-of-house areas, and work as part of a supportive team with full training provided.

• Can stay calm, organised and positive when it gets busy.
• Willing to learn new skills with full training provided.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently


• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)


• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
