Motorpoint Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Edinburgh to ensure outstanding customer experiences throughout the vehicle handover process. The Role: Customer Service Supervisor
Pay: £14.00 per hour+ bonus
Hours:40 per week
Location: Edinburgh
Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.
* Due to the nature of the role we will require you to have a full UK driving licence*
Our Customer Service Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining our strong reputation with our customers. We pride ourselves on being nothing like other car dealerships, this role helps us achieve that by ensuring our customers leave our showrooms feeling satisfied they've had a great customer experience throughout their journey.
