About the role
This position places you at the forefront of our Business Centre, a fast-paced and challenging environment where you'll engage with our vibrant customer base and influence service quality. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and serve as Duty Manager periodically.

Responsibilities
- Ensure team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
- Train your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
- Manage debt recovery and overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate payroll records.
- Engage with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Coordinate with other supervisors on order deliveries.
- Manage a customer-focused team at reception and checkout areas.
Minimum Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with supervisory or management experience.
- Practical retail experience.
