About the role

This role places you at the forefront of our Business Centre, a fast-paced and challenging environment where you'll influence customer service directly. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and serve as Duty Manager periodically, playing a key part in the store's management team. You will be responsible for

• Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
• Training your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
• Controlling debt and recovering overdue or failed payments.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records.
• Engaging with customers to resolve issues and improve service based on their feedback.
• Coordinating with other department Supervisors on delivery orders.
• Managing a customer-focused team at reception and checkout areas.

You will need

• Strong communication skills with some supervisory or management experience.
