Job Description:

Our client is a bespoke manufacturer of specialist products for the construction industry. Due to strategic growth, they are seeking a hands-on Customer Service Supervisor to enhance their service offering.

Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing customer orders through internal processes
  2. Establishing processes to keep customers informed of order progress
  3. Providing quotes to customers
  4. Handling ad hoc customer queries
  5. Collaborating with production teams

Ideal candidates will have experience in implementing and maintaining customer service processes from the ground up. You should be comfortable working directly with customers and leading a small team. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or hire/rental sectors is preferred, as the role is based in a production facility. Confidence, positivity, and a customer-first attitude are essential. Experience with Sage or similar order input systems is a plus.

This role offers a salary between £25,000 and £35,000 DOE, with the contract type to be discussed. It is a full-time position, but part-time arrangements can be considered.
