Our client is a bespoke manufacturer of specialist products for the construction industry. Due to strategic growth, they are seeking a hands-on Customer Service Supervisor to enhance their service offering.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include:
Ideal candidates will have experience in implementing and maintaining customer service processes from the ground up. You should be comfortable working directly with customers and leading a small team. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or hire/rental sectors is preferred, as the role is based in a production facility. Confidence, positivity, and a customer-first attitude are essential. Experience with Sage or similar order input systems is a plus.
This role offers a salary between £25,000 and £35,000 DOE, with the contract type to be discussed. It is a full-time position, but part-time arrangements can be considered.
Applicants must reside within commuting distance of St Helens.
