Company Description

Due to continued growth, Lemonpath is seeking to expand its Customer Service Team with the placement of a Customer Service Supervisor for Contract Packing.

Lemonpath Limited is a full-service logistics provider specialising in Contract Packing and Ecommerce. With over 300,000 sq ft of warehousing space, we offer warehousing facilities including Contract Packing, Pick & Pack, and UK/European distribution. Serving various sectors like fashion, beauty, food, retail, and more, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch solutions to our clients with a personal touch!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Loughborough. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee and manage customer service representatives, handle customer inquiries and any issues that may arise, ensure customer satisfaction, be the conduit between operations and client, and implement customer service strategies to improve overall service offering.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service, maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency at all times.
  2. Leadership: Support the Customer Service Manager in leading and developing a small, high-performing team. Foster a positive and productive working environment.
  3. Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a customer service strategy, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  4. Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of products to quickly and effectively address customer queries or issues.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and distributors via email, telephone, and face-to-face review meetings.
  6. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and handling technical product enquiries
  • A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High level of self-confidence & motivation
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a wider team
  • Flexible approach to working hours to prioritise demanding workloads when necessary
  • Confidence to chair client meetings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00 to 17:00.
