Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Loughborough. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee and manage customer service representatives, handle customer inquiries and any issues that may arise, ensure customer satisfaction, be the conduit between operations and client, and implement customer service strategies to improve overall service offering.
