Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role in Belfast. The position entails supporting the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area, with shifts in the evening and on weekends.

You will lead by example to deliver excellent service across all customer interactions. The role requires supervising a small team, strong numeracy, a flexible, can-do mindset, and the ability to respond quickly to situations at the tills

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Cregagh Road, Belfast!This is a permanent, part time role, working 20 hours a weekand will require the flexibility to work shifts in the evening and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!
