Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Belfast is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to join the team at Abbey Trading Estate. This is a permanent, part-time role, working 16 hours a week with shifts daytime, evenings and weekends.

As Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area, ensuring the team delivers the best service for our customers while safeguarding store assets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
• Flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleagues demonstrate appropriate behaviours in the checkout area.

• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability.
