Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle payments and operate a till.
• Stock replenishment and store appearance duties.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage feedback via the ‘have your say’ survey.
• Work across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment.
• Follow training to work safely.
• Participate in events and foster an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and your role in profit.
• Follow policies and be welcoming to all.
• Clock in/out accurately to ensure correct pay.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate gear.
• Follow the Think 25 policy for age-restricted products.
• Respond quickly to assistance calls on self-checkouts.
• Keep aisles tidy and organized.
• May run the shift in absence of the Shift Leader.
• Complete training to keep everyone safe and compliant.
