Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will interact via email, telephone, in person and at their place of business, building lasting relationships and guiding prospects toward becoming loyal clients.

You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders while participating in daily team meetings and supporting marketing

• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with strong documentation abilities.
