Job summary

FASTSIGNS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to connect with customers via email, phone and in person. You will nurture relationships, convert inquiries into orders, and assist with estimates and work orders.

Training and ongoing development are emphasized in a fast-paced sign industry environment. You’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 and commissions on sales, with a Monday–Friday schedule that leaves evenings and weekends free for personal time.

Qualifications

• No prior sign industry experience required; eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organized work style.
• Comfortable interacting with customers via email, phone and in person.
