Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a proactive Project Manager to ensure projects are entered, tracked, and communicated to clients. You will work with Visual Communication Experts in the field and be the main contact for customers to keep projects moving.

You will coordinate quotes, orders, and installations, source vendors for non-in-house pieces, and drive a high level of customer service while building real relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with Visual Communication Experts to identify quotes and orders.
• Manage quotes and jobs in the Point of Sale system and keep due dates.
• Monitor client emails and update project progress.
• Coordinate installations with clients and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with design-build ideas, permits, and sales process awareness.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email about new orders or quotes.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share project updates.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and assist team as needed.
